About Balance Heal Bliss
Balance Heal Bliss is born from a simple belief:
that our bodies already know how to heal — if we allow them to.
The body is an intelligent ecosystem. Everything is connected. One thing leads to the next. Nothing exists without reason. Like nature itself, the body is constantly adapting, compensating, and trying to return to balance.
When something goes off balance, the body borrows from somewhere else to keep things going. This might work for a while. But over time, it leads to depletion, discomfort, or illness.
The body has only one job: to return to wellbeing.
It is always trying to do that.
But we often don’t listen.
We override its signals.
We let the mind run the show.
We eat shit we shouldn’t.
We drink crap we shouldn’t.
We don’t allow rest.
We use stimulants.
We stress.
We worry.
We rush.
We go too fast.
And still — our bodies try.
They adapt.
They endure.
They survive.
If we would just let go a little…
Relax a little…
And allow…
The body could do its thing. And wellbeing and health would return. And it probably wouldn’t even take that long.
We cannot outsmart nature. Our bodies are nature. And nature is highly intelligent.
We need to learn to trust that intelligence. To trust our bodies. To let them move at their own natural pace and rhythm.
This is what I’m learning — and relearning — in my own life.
To listen.
To trust.
To allow.
I believe this is how balance can be restored.
This is how healing can happen.
And once we balance and heal — that’s bliss!
To feel fresh, healthy, strong, calm, joyful, inspired, loving, generous — that is the best feeling there is. The best “high.” Because when you feel healthy, life feels wonderful!
This blog is where I document that process.
A Small (But Important) Disclaimer
This blog is not a record of a finished success story.
It’s a living, breathing process.
Everything I share here — especially around health, food, training, mental health, healing, or wellbeing — is my personal experience, my current understanding, and my perspective at this moment in time.
It’s shaped by:
my body
my health history
my nervous system
my goals
what I’m reading, hearing, learning, and experimenting with
and where I am in life right now
I might get things wrong. I might change my mind. I might later realize that something I once believed or tried wasn’t actually true — at least not for me.
Nothing on this blog is meant to be medical advice, professional advice, or a guarantee that something will work for you. I don’t take responsibility for how the information here is interpreted or applied by others.
Your body, your life, your context, and your health are unique — and your responsibility.
Think of this space as:
a journal
a reflection
a conversation
a place of curiosity, honesty, and exploration
I share because I feel the call to. And perhaps my missteps, my experiments, and the things I’m learning along the way might be of use to someone else. And if what I share here helps at least someone — maybe then my soul will finally give me some peace.
Always listen to your own body.
Always do your own research.
Sending love,
Keiu 🤍
